These terms govern purchases made at maisonmaxille.com.
Collection 01 is produced in small numbered runs. Colour on a screen is an approximation of cloth; slight variation between the photograph and the garment is the nature of dyed natural fibre, not a fault.
Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a piece proves unavailable after your order, we will tell you and refund in full.
Pieces are hand-wrapped in unbleached cotton and dispatched within 5–7 working days unless stated otherwise. Risk passes to you on delivery.
If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us at atelier@maisonmaxille.com and return the piece unworn, with its tags, in a condition allowing resale. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty or wrongly sent.
Your statutory rights on faulty goods are unaffected by anything here. A garment worn and damaged through use is not a fault.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you suspect anyone else has it, and change it — doing so signs out every other session immediately.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Maison Maxille is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
